We were asked by Croda to put together a system that would allow them to check if any employees or contractors were missing during a fire evacuation or toxic release alarm.
Croda already had a Paxton access control system installed, so we based the new system around Paxton’s Net2 software and additional readers.
All contractors & staff already had to swipe through an ‘on-site’ reader. Additional readers were installed in key muster locations around site. During an alert all staff & contractors must go to a muster point and swipe. A muster report is ran in the Net 2 software. As people swipe, they are marked as safe within the report. Making it very easy to identify and locate any missing persons.
